What are the dates of the fair?

The Minnesota State Fair is 12 days of fun ending Labor Day. Unfortunately, the 2020 fair, scheduled to run Aug. 27-Sept. 7, is canceled. Learn more. The 2021 fair runs Aug. 26-Labor Day, Sept. 6!

In 2022, join us Aug. 25-Sept. 5, and in 2023 visit us Aug. 24-Sept. 4!

Can I buy admission tickets for the 2021 Minnesota State Fair?

You betcha! Get your pre-fair discount tickets for the Great Minnesota Get-Together online or via phone through our official ticketing provider Etix.

Where can I share a comment or suggestion?

Please email guestservices@mnstatefair.org. During the fair, feel free to stop by Guest Relations at Visitors Plaza from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Where are the entrance gates to the fair?

During the non-fair time, gates 5, 7, 14 and 15 are open to public traffic. The fairgrounds are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., with the exception of closure due to some special events. See an event calendar.

During the fair, enter at the gates marked on the State Fair map.
