What are the dates of the fair?

The Minnesota State Fair is always 12 days of fun ending Labor Day. The 2019 fair runs Aug. 22 – Sept. 2.

In 2020, join us Aug. 27 – Sept. 7, and in 2021 visit us Aug. 26 – Sept. 6!

How can I buy admission tickets for the 2019 Minnesota State Fair?

You can purchase tickets online, via your phone or at the State Fair entrance gates.

Where can I find daily schedules of events?

Daily schedules, sponsored by Rally Health, are a guide to all of the exciting activities, entertainment, educational exhibits, livestock shows and more happening on the fairgrounds during the fair. Use our online, interactive daily schedule.

Are wristbands available for Mighty Midway and Kidway rides & games?

No. All rides & games at Mighty Midway and Kidway require tickets. We do not offer wristbands.

Where can I share a comment or suggestion?

Please email guestservices@mnstatefair.org. During the fair, feel free to stop by Guest Relations at Visitors Plaza from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Does the State Fair offer refunds on admission or Grandstand tickets?

No refunds are issued for State Fair admission or Grandstand tickets. In the event that a Grandstand concert is canceled, however, refund instructions will be posted on the fair’s website.

Where can I learn about the events taking place on the fairgrounds?

The State Fair holds approximately 220 events during the non-fair time.
