UPDATE: As of Sept. 16, storage is full. If you have already submitted your registration card but have not received your appointment confirmation, you may still receive one, as we have approximately 200 confirmations about to be sent in the mail. If you do not receive a confirmation by Wednesday, Sept. 23, you can assume you have been added to the waitlist and will be notified the first week of November if space becomes available. If you have not yet submitted your registration but wish to be added to the waitlist, you can send in your registration card without a deposit. Those who do not secure a spot on the fairgrounds for winter storage will have their deposit returned to them in early October.
The Minnesota State Fair stores automobiles, trucks, boats, motor homes, travel trailers, etc., in exhibit and livestock buildings from late October until late March/early April of each year.
We will begin accepting appointment cards for the 2020-2021 storage season after Aug. 1, 2020. To obtain a spot in the program, print and mail in an appointment card form for each unit you intend on storing, and list your top choices for the move-in dates and times available. 2020 Update: You MUST mail in your appointment card and deposit fee this year. Our offices are closed to the public, so we will NOT be accepting cards or checks in person.
Storage space is allocated on a first-come basis. This year, the Cattle Barn will be available, so we are able to store larger vehciles.
After you fill out your appointment card, send it in with a $20 non-refundable deposit fee to:
Minnesota State Fair
1265 Snelling Ave. N.
St. Paul, MN 55108
Your appointment will be confirmed by mail within 30-45 days of receipt.
If you’d like to be added to the email list to receive storage updates, please send your email address to email@example.com. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 651-288-4401.
