Prior to the State Fair, coupon books are sold:

• At the State Fairgrounds Ticket Office July 7 through Aug. 20
• At participating Cub stores in the Twin Cities area and at other locations in greater Minnesota and Hudson, Wis., July 13 through Aug. 20 (while supplies last)
