BLACKOUT

Blackout is an all-Black troupe that has redefined the improv scene in the Twin Cities. The troupe’s flagship format, Swag Hat, is rooted in honest conversation between performers on topics suggested by the audience that they then spin into improvised theater. Together, they often create comedic dialogue around serious truths, and they always spread joy while doing it. You never know exactly what you're going to get when they're performing - so come see for yourself! These pop-up performances are part of the State Fair's Arts A'Fair program.
