Children's Outdoor Bill of Rights Bingo

We invite families with kids of all ages to learn about the Children’s Outdoor Bill of Rights. Join us to help Woodsy Owl prepare for fun outdoor adventures and learn how to get started on your own outdoor adventure with a special State Fair Outdoor BINGO challenge. The Children’s Outdoor Bill of Rights is an initiative of the Governor’s Children’s Cabinet, which aims to connect all Minnesota kids to the outdoors.
