Aug. 26 – Labor Day, Sept. 6, 2021

110 Days 23 Hours 28 Mins

Minnesota State Fair Campground

Campground

Note as of April 21, 2021: We’re proceeding with hope and caution in preparation for the 2021 Minnesota State Fair, but with definitive plans still uncertain, we have made the difficult decision to push back our online camping application timeline and not begin the process on May 27 as we had previously planned. At this time, we do not know when online applications will be available, but we will update this page once that revised date is determined.

If you’re the general public (not a vendor, entertainer, employee or livestock exhibitor) and would like to be added to the email list to receive campground updates, please send your name and email address to campgrounds@mnstatefair.org with the subject line “Campground Information.”

We know that you may want to start making your fair plans, but we ask for your patience as we work to navigate the many unknowns that are affecting our timetables. Please be assured, however, that as we move forward, we will absolutely follow the guidance of health experts to protect everyone’s health and safety.

If you have additional questions, please email us at campgrounds@mnstatefair.org.

Overnight Livestock Parking

Individuals involved in competition (4-H, FFA, competitive exhibits, etc.) wishing to park a camper by the barns should refer to Overnight Livestock Parking, which provides information for registration. Questions about parking west of the barns can be directed to the competition department at 651-288-4417 or competition@mnstatefair.org.
