2026 Blue Ribbon Bargain Book Application

Hello Minnesota State Fair Vendor!

If you received an email inviting you to apply for the 2026 Blue Ribbon Bargain Book (BRBB), you are in the right place. We invite you to apply to be considered for inclusion in the 2026 Blue Ribbon Bargain Book of coupons – your chance to be featured among the Great Minnesota Get-Together’s best deals. With 120,000 books printed each year, this is an opportunity to promote your business to thousands of fair guests looking for great values. To support our vendors during uncertain economic times, we’ve lowered the minimum coupon offer requirement to 20% off an item (from 30% off). We hope this change makes it more financially feasible for you to consider applying.

Participation in the BRBB is offered FREE to vendors – if you are selected, you are not charged to be included in the book. Books are sold during the summer at the State Fair ticket office, at outlets and online, as well as at the fair all 12 days (while supplies last). In addition to your printed coupon in the book, the State Fair’s website and official app will list your 2026 deal, along with a map, location description and photo showing your booth(s). This year’s book will feature at least 100 coupons.

Fill out application

Before completing the application, please read the following information and instructions carefully.

1. After you open the application, before you begin filling it out electronically, you must first save the application to your computer with your vendor name in the document name (e.g.,TimsTaters26.pdf).
2. Fill out the application in its entirety. (Note: You will be able to fill in the fields, save, come back to it later and make any changes as needed.) If you prefer, you may print out a blank application and write in your information.

Return the application in one of the following ways:

• Fill out your application electronically and email it as an attachment to: brbb@mnstatefair.org
• Print out and scan both sides and email to: brbb@mnstatefair.org
• Print out and mail to: Minnesota State Fair, Marketing Dept., 1265 Snelling Ave. N., St. Paul, MN 55108-3003

*If you would like to drop off your application at the fairgrounds in the Admin Too Building, please call ahead to 651-288-4321 to ensure the offices are open.

Deadline: Applications must be received by 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2026 (This is not a postmark deadline.)

Note: We receive many more applications than the space we have available in the book. Each year, we produce a book that includes great values and a mix of products/services and fairgrounds locations. Prior inclusion does not guarantee your deal(s) will be selected for the 2026 book. The 2026 book will have at least 100 coupons.

You will receive an email by the end of April indicating whether or not your offer has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 Blue Ribbon Bargain Book.
