Where to Purchase
Prior to the State Fair, coupon books are sold:
- Online - From early summer until two weeks before the fair begins.
- At the State Fairgrounds Ticket Office July 13 through Aug. 26, 2026
- At participating Cub stores in the Twin Cities area and at other locations in greater Minnesota and Hudson, Wis., July 12 through Aug. 26, 2026 (while supplies last).
During the State Fair:
Blue Ribbon Bargain Books can be purchased for just $5 at State FairWear Gift Shops and Bargain Book Carts (while supplies last). Check out a State Fair map. Books purchased during the fair support the mission of the Minnesota State Fair Foundation.
