Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes Period begins on March 1, 2023 first online ticket sale and ends on September 4, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. Central Time.
Prize: Prize consists of only the item(s) specifically listed as part of the packages: One gift certificate for the value of a queen-size Climate360TM smart bed with free home delivery (“Prize”). Note the Prize has no cash value and is only redeemable for Sleep Number® merchandise.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age as of the date on which the entrant enters the Sweepstakes. . Purchase of a Grandstand concert ticket is required for each entry. This Sweepstakes is void in all other jurisdictions and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the State Fair or Sleep Number and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, representatives, divisions, suppliers, and advertising, promotion, and production agencies and their immediate families and those living in the same household of each, whether related or not, and are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. For the purposes of these Official Rules and Regulations, “immediate families” means spouse, parents or legal guardians, siblings, children, stepparents, stepsiblings, stepchildren, and the spouses of each of the foregoing.
How to Enter: To enter, an entrant must check the Sweepstakes opt-in box made through the State Fair’s Grandstand web page (https://www.mnstatefair.org/grandstand/) on the page through which the entrant purchases concert tickets. Limit one (1) entry per ticket purchased per concert. (For clarity, if an entrant purchases five (5) tickets to Concert A, entrant receives five (5) Sweepstakes entries. If entrant then purchases four (4) tickets to Concert B, entrant receives four (4) Sweepstakes entries related to Concert B for a total of nine (9) entries). By registering, entrants agree to receive periodic marketing and promotional materials from the State Fair and Sleep Number (including, but not limited to, email communications) but may unsubscribe from such emails from either the State Fair or Sleep Number (or both) at any time.
Winner Selection: Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received conducted by the State Fair on or around Friday, September 8, 2023. Odds of winning depend on the number of total amount of entries received as of the end of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone on or around the drawing date. The State Fair will make up to three attempts to contact winner through September 22, 2023. If a potential winner does not respond to the State Fair’s notification attempts by September 22, 2023, the potential winner shall be deemed as forfeiting the prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Decisions of the State Fair, as sweepstakes administrator, are final and binding.
General Rules: State Fair is not responsible for electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes, or other hardware, software, or technical errors of any kind, including injury or damage to a person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. State Fair assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any active or passive email filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or insufficient space in a user’s email account to receive email.
State Fair reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Winner will be determined from among all eligible entries received prior to the date/time of termination.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate conduct of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, State Fair reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants release State Fair and Sleep Number from any claims or causes of action whatsoever that may arise, including, but not limited to, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising in whole or in part, whether direct, compensatory, incidental, consequential, or indirect, from their participation in this Sweepstakes, their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and accept any decision(s) of State Fair as final.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees that State Fair, Sleep Number, and their related and affiliated companies may use the Winner’s name, address, photograph, videotape, likeness, or information identifying the Prize for advertising, publicity, or promotional purposes, use any statements made by or attributed to the Winner relating to State Fair and Sleep Number or this Sweepstakes, and grant to State Fair and Sleep Number any and all rights to said use without further notice or compensation.
