The Sweet Colleens is a five-piece Celtic roots band based in Minneapolis. Formed in 1999, the band quickly established itself as a favorite in the local scene. Since then, the band has evolved into a five-member group with their own foot stompin’ brand of Celtic style music. The Sweet Colleens have performed all over the Twin Cities and have enjoyed much local success with the release of their two albums “half a mile home” (2005) and “Flop” (2003).
