The band Slip Twister came into existence as a trio of talented musicians, Jay O’Donnell, Mike Zelen and Paul Diethelm, had the goal to purely make great music that feeds off their audience. In 1997, Slip Twister guitarist Paul Diethelm caught the ear of blues/rock phenom Jonny Lang. Lang offered Diethelm a full-time position in his band and thus began an exciting eight years of touring and making appearances on nighttime T.V. shows hosted by David Letterman, Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien. All the while, Slip Twister has remained active recording and performing live whenever possible.
