VEHICLE ADMISSION/OVERNIGHT PARKING INFORMATIONIMPORTANT NOTICE!2009 Livestock Overnight Vehicle Admission Stickers & Auto Stickers: Requests ffor the livestock exhibitor-only parking area (Lots A, B, & C), will not be accepted prior to a postmark date of June 22 and MUST accompany a completed livestock entry form, with exceptions for 4-H Exhibitors and FFA Advisors, who may order without entering livestock. NEW FOR 2009 4-H Exhibitors may reserve, with payment, Livestock Overnight Vehicle Admission Stickers and Auto Stickers. They will be held at the Competition Office until the conclusion of the county fair the exhibitor participates in. Once verification of the 4-H Exhibitor’s trip has been received by the Competition Office from 4-H, the stickers will be sent to the address provided by the exhibitor on the application. For those county fairs occurring the weekend prior to the opening of the Minnesota State Fair, stickers will be sent via overnight mail. NO vehicle sticker requests will be accepted prior to June 22; requests sent without an entry form or with a postmark prior to June 22 will be returned. No orders will be accepted via telephone or e-mail; no orders accepted without payment (cash or check). Stickers will be dated with the appropriate dates for when exhibitors will be showing. Fuel powered generators are prohibited in the overnight parking area. Please check the specific department for complete details. Exhibitors will be allowed to rent ONE overnight vehicle admission space AND/OR auto admission. Units that fit in a 10 x 20 foot area will require one sticker; larger units (up to 40 feet) will require the purchase of two stickers. Units with slide-outs must purchase one slide-out per slide-out. As always, stickers are sold on a first come, first served basis. When the lot is full, no more stickers will be sold August 27 through September 3: Exhibitors showing English Horses, Draft Horses, 4-H, Open Dairy Cattle, Open Swine, Open Sheep, Boer Goats, Llamas, Poultry and Stock Dogs may order these.
September 4 through September 7: Exhibitors showing Western Horses, Saddle Clubs, Open Beef Cattle, Open Dairy Goats, Poultry and FFA may order these.
When ordering stickers, you must submit the vehicle plate number the sticker will be placed on as well as the complete name, address & fair time contact information of the owner of the vehicle (i.e. cell phone number, if available). If at anytime during the fair, the vehicle’s plate number does not match the information you have provided us, we reserve the right to revoke your sticker and your space.
