OPEN CLASS LIVESTOCKOpen Class livestock departments:
BOVINE TB STATUS - Important information: We are working in conjunction with the Minnesota State Board of Animal Health, as well as the animal health regulatory bodies of the surrounding states to provide a consistent set of rules and regulations to best serve our cattle and goat exhibitors. Please note: The updated regulations also apply to animals other than cattle. For up-to-date information on Minnesota's TB status, go to the Minnesota State Board of Animal Health website (Bovine TB page) at GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES FOR ENTRY: The Open Class Livestock premium book and entry forms are available annually for download in early June. Please check back then. Or, if you prefer to receive a copy by mail, contact the Competition office at (651) 288-4417 and request to be placed on the Open Class Livestock mailing list (indicate what species you are interested in showing). Exhibitors who have entered within the past three years are already included on that list. VEHICLE ADMISSION/OVERNIGHT PARKING INFORMATION: There is space west of the barns for Livestock and Horse exhibitors to park overnight during the fair. Click here for prices and more information. ONLINE REGISTRATION: Access to the on-line entry process will be available for Open Class Beef Cattle, Dairy Cattle, Swine, Sheep, Dairy Goats and Llamas. See link below to begin. D Links will become active as books become available.
ONLINE REGISTRATION: In an effort to expedite the registration process, on-line registration and payment of entries will now be available for Open Class Cattle, Swine, Sheep, Dairy Goat and Llama divisions only. Entries may also be submitted via mail, as in previous years (see below).
