Katie McMahon is probably most well known for her solos in the world famous show Riverdance. Classically trained in voice and harp, Katie’s sound has been called poetry, perfection and purity. She was the lead soloist in the group Anuna on two of their CDs and then decided to tour the world with Riverdance for five years. She currently resides in Minnesota and has formed her own band and Irish dance troupe. Katie released three critically acclaimed CDs and was recently awarded best folk and acoustic artist by the Minnesota Music Academy.
