All horse shows and the High School Rodeo are FREE with your paid admission to the fair!

The Horse Show at the Minnesota State Fair is a multi-breed show, consisting of English and Western, a High School Rodeo, and appearances by Charro Jerry Diaz (at selected English, Western Horse Shows & Rodeos in the Warner Coliseum, indicated with an *).

English Horse Show includes:

• Academy Division
• American Saddlebred Horse Division
• Arabian Horse Division
• Draft Horse Division
• Equitation Division
• Hunter Division
• Jumper Division
• Miniature Horse Division (double point, double judged)
• Morgan Horse Division
• Open Division
• Walking Horse Division

English Horse Shows (Warner Coliseum - performance classes):

• Wednesday, August 25 — 8 a.m.
• Thursday, August 26 — 8 a.m. & 6:30 p.m.*
• Friday, August 27 — 1:00* and 6:30 p.m.*
• Saturday, August 28 — 6:30 p.m.*
• Sunday, August 29 — 8:30 a.m., noon* and 6:30 p.m.*
• Monday, August 30 — 12:30* and 6:30 p.m.*
• Tuesday, August 31 — 6:30 p.m.*

GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES FOR ENTRY: The English Horse premium book, including draft horse information, is available annually for download in June. Or, if you prefer to receive a copy by mail, contact the Competition Office at (651) 288-4417 and request to be placed on the English Horse mailing list. Exhibitors who have entered within the past three years are already included on that list.

VEHICLE ADMISSION/OVERNIGHT PARKING INFORMATION: There is space west of the barns for Livestock and Horse exhibitors to park overnight during the fair.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Until the premium book is posted, please consider the dates and times below to be tentative.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION: Registration and payment for entries on-line will be available for all English Horse divisions on June 21. On-line registration will absolutely close on the entry closing date at 4:30 p.m. No late entries may be submitted via the on-line registration process. Entries may also be submitted via mail.
