To be considered for the mobile marketing program, exhibits are strongly encouraged to incorporate “added value” elements for State Fair guests. These typically include one or more of the following components:
These are exceptional examples of what we strive to bring to the fair. Although encouraged to do so, your exhibit will not need to be this extensive. All ideas are welcome!
Fees for each year are set after the annual Minnesota State Agricultural Society board meeting mid-January. Fees include space only. Other costs, such as daily state fair entrance tickets for staff, parking, storage, hotels, food, excessive utility usage, or other items are not included in mobile marketing fees.
Fees are for sampling or showcasing one company’s product only. Additional fees will be assessed for extra products or for including tour sponsors in your exhibit.

Biggest bang for your buck!
The Minnesota State Fair has the largest daily attendance of any fair or festival in the nation, giving you the opportunity to reach the maximum number of people in the minimum amount of time. Not only do we have some of the lowest fees in the nation, you will also save money on hotel stays and other costs attributed to a tour—without losing the number of impressions.
2012 MOBILE MARKETING FEES
Exhibits up to 900 square feet:
$1,250 per week day (Monday Through Friday including Labor Day)
$1,750 per weekend day (Saturday and Sunday)
($17,000 for the entire run of the fair)
Exhibits 901 — 2,500 square feet:
$1,500 per week day (Monday Through Friday including Labor Day)
$2,000 per weekend day (Saturday and Sunday)
($20,000 for entire run of the fair)
Exhibits 2,501 — 5,000 square feet:
$1,750 per week day (Monday Through Friday including Labor Day)
$2,250 per weekend day (Saturday and Sunday)
($23,000 for entire run of the fair)
5,001 square feet and over: Negotiable.
An additional $1,000 will be charged up front and will be reimbursed if client abides by
all Minnesota State Fair Concession & Exhibits manual rules (exhibit hours, etc.) set by
the contract.
