The Original Pronto Pup (not the fake dog-on-a-stick stuff)...best in the afternoon when the oil is very hot and the lines are long. -
(about a) Footlong Hotdog
With lots of grilled onions...get one just inside the main gate when you arrive...breakfast of champions! -
Gizmo (The Italian Beef Burger)
From the Carl's stand on machinery hill...my new favorite fair food...always the best! -
Tom Thumb Donuts with All-U-Can Drink Milk
This is the classic desert...grab a half-dozen bags from the Tom Thumb stand near the Food Building and eat them next to the All-U-Can Drink Milk stand just before you leave for the day...the icing on a wonderful day at the Fair!

Mini donuts
Our first stop right away in the morning... -
Cheese curds
But only from the Mouse Hole. -
Milk shake
From the dairy barn people. Usually an afternoon treat. -
Sweet Martha's cookies and the all you can drink milk
Ok, so technically that's 5, but we get a cone of cookies and then walk over to the all you can drink milk booth and sit on the curb to eat/drink them together. This is one of our last stops of the day before we head for home.

I may stop here 2, 3, 4 times... SO good, and only like $2.50. -
Sweet Marthas Cookies
Usually the last stop I make on the way out of the fair... most fair memories end with me searching for my car with my hands and face covered in melted chocolate. -
Cheese Curds
Gotta get em from inside the food building. It's sometimes hot, crowded, and maybe a bit funky... BUT SO WORTH IT. -
Fresh Cut Fries
A little malt vinegar and seasoned salt and loads of ketchup. YYUUMMMM!

Corn on the cob
My absolute favorite must have item. Dipped in hot butter and salt and peppered! -
Australian Potatoes
Beer battered and fired with ketchup, nacho cheese, or ranch. I enjoy the nacho cheese and ketchup myself. -
Pickle on a stick
Just a good ol classic pickle on a stick! Delish! -
Cheese curds
With ketchup! Cant beat that!
