  1. The 4-H exhibits
    Need I say more?
  2. The Peg Muffin
    As served at the Peg Restaurant during breakfast--sausage, fried egg, cheese and sliced tomato on an English muffin. Messy, but satisfying.
  3. Colonial Nut Rolls
    As in the trailer near the Visitors' Plaza, the epitome of nutty goodness. Three varieties, so what could go wrong?
  4. Scones from the French Meadow Bakery
    The taste explains it all.

Favorite State Food Fare by Gretchen Radke

  1. Danielson & Daughter's Onion Rings
    They are my first stop at the fair. They are located outside the south side of the Food Building.
  2. Cheese Curds
    I will only eat the original cheese curds, the ones that use to be in the Food Building. They still have a booth outside on Dan Patch and Underwood.
  3. Wild Rice Burger
    It was wonderful. They are located in the Food Building.
  4. Tom Thumb Donuts
    We always have to get these at least once.
