Can't leave the fair without getting your Mini Doughnuts! -
Mouth Trap Cheese Curds
Hot, fresh, deep-fried cheese curds. My mouth is watering just thinking about them!

Mighty Midway
I LOVE the Mighty Midway, it has awesome rides, and looks beautiful at night! I even got my 8 year old brother to go on the Slingshot! Plus it looks astounding at night! I REALLY wanna go on the new rides this year. -
Minnesota Grandstand
They always have awesome artists performing at the Grandstand. This year I'm gonna see Demi Lovato and Hot Chelle Rae! -
The Barn
They always have adorable farm animals like Horses, Sheep, Pigs, and Cows! My little sisters can't get enough of the animals in the barn! -
Food
They have a great variety of food. Last year I tried Belgian Waffle on a stick covered in Chocolate it was delicious! I can't wait to try the new food this year!

To avoid crowds. -
Be prepared
Bring: Hat,sunglasses, sunblock, GOOD walking shoes, Tums or Rolaids and a fistfull of $5.00 bills! -

sweet martha cookie jar
you wouldnt think that a normal peice of cookie dough could cause an up roar... but sweet marthas can it is a creation sent from heaven... and all i can say is thanks kemps for making the most amazing chocolate chio cookie dough ice cream using sweet marthas cookie dough!!!! -
deep fried pizza
my first reaction to this was ahhh sick but i tried it and the gooey flavors of the pizza's cheese and sause combined with the fatty flavors of the friedness is wonderful! -
roasted corn
it is best to eat this at the end of you trip to the mn state fair just because it is the perfect end to summer and the perfect beginning of autumn. the butter drips down you chin and onto your shirt but you don’t care because well its magical (the corn is) -
cheese curds and french fries
these are manditory when you visit the mn state fair its like how you have to do homework and read in school. these make your tounge dance! all i can say is HAVE THEM:)
