As a multi-day visitor, you will need at least one (or two) each day. Food Building.
Check the Horse schedule. You can't help getting caught up in the excitement!
Pronto not Corn
Pronto pups use that little rotating machine that cooks them perfectly. Get two a day... one early, one late

Must Do Every Year by FairGoer
4H and Education Bldg
Amazing to see how talented these kids are. I still have photos on my phone from last year!
My favorite thing to do is look at the cakes, cookies and bars and imagine how wonderful they taste and to see who took home blue ribbons.
It's fun to see the different dog breeds and watch the St. Paul Police dog show at 7pm. Those dogs LOVE their jobs! I also purchase new cat nip toys and donate to animal organizations in need.
Fine Arts Building
There is some fabulous art in this building, you can bid on it to take home after the fair too. Then there is some that I look at and go "hhmmm", I could have done that too. I just love the fair, there is so much to do and see that I have to go 4 or 5 times and I still don't see it all.
