Must-haves EVERY year! by HoneyBear
Across from the Pet Center/next to the model home. Fresh strawberries...the best anywhere!
Just around the corner and down the street from the smoothies. These are the best cheese curds at the fair. HUGE portions! Not very long lines, like the other "curd" vendors.
Macaroni & Cheese on a Stick
Axels was way ahead of the game...before any other restuarant chain carried anything remotely like it. The best!
Rice Krispie Bar - any flavor
Rice Kristi's Bar. Always get one on the way out of the Leinie Lodge at night. And they have some of the most affordable bottled water at the fair
Must-Have State Fair Foods by jkvkdailey4
Corn on the Cob
My family cannot get enough of the roasted corn on the cob! We love the sweet, buttery goodness and I appreciate the fact that it's somewhat healthy for us too.
My favorite is the bacon and cheddar crepe, my son loves the strawberry crepe with gobs of whipped cream. Basically any flavor you can think of tastes good inside this thin crepe.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
We can't leave the fair without a bucket of chocolate chip cookies to get us home. With the number of buckets we have at our house, we could start our own cookie stand!
Pork Chop on a Stick
Maybe the best food ever put on a stick, Those Pork Chops are tender, juicy and flavorful without needing any sauce!
Must-Do Fair Fun by Megan Landsman
Pronto pup, curds, roasted corn & a foot long.
Butter heads, giant pumpkins, creative activities exhibits & the barns.
The giant slide, Ye Ole Mill, the midway & concerts.
Good Times & Good Memories
Each year is it's own experience with new fair memories. There is always something new to do and see at the fair!
