I have been to the fair every year of my life. My Grandpa always took us down the slide. I love this memory and visit the slide each year. -
Music in the Bandshell
The Bandshell always has great entertainment. As a family, we always met at the Bandshell. That crazy guy in the hat waving at his family - that is my Grandpa! -
Eat the new foods
I have to try the new foods at the fair. Who knew hot dish on a stick would be so good? -
Share the fair with someone new
I love introducing new people to the fair. I look forward to the fair all year, every year. I love to take new people and show them all the fair has to offer.

Scotch Egg
Gotta start my Fair visit with one of these EVERY year. Down by the horse barns. Yummy hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage and breadcrumbs then deep fried and put on a stick. -
Pickle Dog
By the entrance to the midway, pastrami and cream cheese wrapped around a crunchy pickle. Very refreshing! -
Taco from Del Sol
Corner of the food building, God Bless Papa Coke! -

On machinery hill; best berries and cream you will find anywhere.

Tom Thumb's Donuts
Hot cinnamon-sugar goodness. When the dining halls are full at 8 am, a sack of these lovelies makes the perfect morning snack. -
Limeade at the Midway
The best way to cool off after waiting in the sun for the rides all afternoon. -
Honey Ice Cream
Visit the Ag-Hort building to say hi to some hardworking honeybees and taste the fruits of their labor.
