Top Four Breakfast Spots by Drew
French Meadow Bakery
There's nothing like a scone from French Meadow Bakery to start off the day. Their new building is beautiful and has a nice patio to enjoy your breakfast, and a coupon from the Blue Ribbon Book makes the scone that much sweeter!
Right next to French Meadow is a staple for my fair experience: The French Creperie. Whether you want savory or sweet, they can satisfy your craving. They also have a coupon in the Blue Ribbon Book. Make this one of your morning stops.
Big Fat Bacon
Let's face it; sometimes, you just want a big hunk of bacon. What better way to fill that void than with a sweet, salty, fried, 1/3 pound strip of real bacon. I've definitely eaten more than one of these treats over the run of the fair.
Finally, if you're looking for a more traditional breakfast, Coasters is the place. Omelets, hash browns, french toast, sausage, it's all there. And if you come often enough, the cooks know your order and have it ready in a few moments.

1919 Root Beer
Goes great with the foot longs for the guys and Pork chop on a stick for me
Have to go through every year and see all the stuff
Get a shake from the Kiwanis' stand and sit by the 4H building
Every Single Year!!!!! by JLO
I can't leave the fair without bags of pencils, keychains, bacon flavored chapstick, and whatever fits in more bags.
I love the Tacos!!!!!! I always get 2 everyday I go so all in all I end up eating 6-10. Oh...that sounds bad.
All you can drink milk and cookies
Sweet Martha's Cookies anyone? Not without an endless cup of milk.
Ye Old Mill
What's your problem? If you don't take a ride and get splashed with the creepiest water on earth than don't bother coming! And who doesn't love plywood elves?
Desi's Family Must Have List by Desiree
Delicious Belgian Waffles on a stick. Covered with chocolate, whipped cream and sprinkles. So light and fluffy you'll have two! And there is usually a coupon in the bargain book.
Australian Battered Potatoes
Sliced potatoes, battered and deep fried then topped with cheese or ranch sauce. We get a large order on a way in the gate and on the way out! Near the park and ride entrance!
The Cheese Curds in the food building are the best! We stop there every year and share a couple of orders.
The best battered hotdog on a stick! And don't confuse them with a corn dog they aren't the same. Many locations but we are fond of the one in frong of the 4-H building. My sister has been known to eat 5 in one day at the fair!
