My favorites, my full life, 20 year experience! by Alyson O'Donnell

Category: Food

  1. Corn-on-the-Cob
Located just outside of the Grandstand. No other corn on the cob comes close! Grab a ticket, trade it in for a delicious cob (or two if they're small) add salt and pepper. But before you enjoy, be sure to scope out a cement ball to sit on!
  2. Fresh French Fries
Fresh French Fires are a must have each day of attendance at the fair! A great snack to grab on the way out of the Midway on the walk back to your car!
  3. Turkey Sandwich at Turkey To Go
Turkey to Go located right next to the All You Can Drink Milk stand makes a delicious treat! This is by far the best sandwich I have ever had!
  4. London Broil at Butcher Boys London Broil
Butcher Boys London Broil located kiddie-corner to the Sky ride entrance by the midway. The London Broil is a great sandwich to grab while you watch the fireworks! Don't forget to add cheese!!

Greatest food at the fair by Martin

Category: Food

  1. Macaroni and Cheese on a Stick
SO GOOD! They are to die for. Great flavor and so addicting. Find them at Axel's on the exterior of the Food Building.
  2. Sweet Martha's Cookies
Must enjoy these with milk. These are tradition.
  3. Pronto Pups
One year I tried to hit every pronto pup stand. I made it to eight by noon and had to abort my plan. I did enjoy eleven pups on this fateful day for my waistband.
  4. Dole Fruit Stand
Amazingly delicious frozen yogurt. Great way to cool down (and a great way to kill time while you're waiting for cookies in the Sweet Martha line).

My name is Calley and I am addicted to the fair. by Calley

Category: Miscellaneous

  1. Cheese curds.
How can you pass these bad boys up? You probably should have been eating salads for the past few weeks, you know.
  2. Butter heads.
Just try to explain this to someone from out of state. I still dream of someday being Princess Kay.
  3. Seed art.
Though Lillian Colton is no longer with us, her legacy lives on in the horticulture building. I also some day hope to be immortalized in a crop art portrait.
  4. People watching.
When you get tired of walking and eating (how could you?), sit anywhere and get the best show in town.
