My grandkids love to do this. It also is very exciting to complete it and know you made it around the entire fair.
I have to ride this every year. I take pictures from really high up!

Walking the streets
People watching, esp children at their amazment of what they see. I will be taking my 8 yr old granddaughter this year. I used to take my kids as young as 4. Must be able to walk, not carried. I use my camera and take random shots of the gardens, people down the street, displays, etc.
At least 3-4 of those in my diet for the day. PINEAPPLE!!!! I figure a 30 minute walk takes care of each cone.
I love going to the levels of the grandstand outdoors and people watch. You can see for a long way from up there. I get great photos of the whole section of the fair grounds.
It is awesome to see this each year. I come from a rural area and grew up in SD with the animals, but the action of moms and babies is a wonderful sight to share.
Everything and Anything by Rachel F
Some favorites include the cheese curds, malts from the dairy building, french fries, cookies, and sno cones.
I love going to see the bunnies every year; they're just too cute.
Whether it's counting the number of fanny packs, matching family outfits, or watching tweens on dates, there's always something to see.
Going through the education, health, and environmental buildings are a yearly tradition.
