  1. Fish Tacos at San Felipe's, Food Building
    This was my new favorite fair food, from last year. I wanted to get a second one, but I was too full.
  2. Pork chop on a stick by River Rafts on Judson
    The aroma draws me in from blocks away. In the scheme of things, whats another 500 calories??
  3. Chocolate malt from the Cattle Barn and a pail of Sweet Martha's cookies
    This is the first thing I have to eat every year, then I tour the barns, earn my ears at the Oink Booth, maybe take the barns tour with one of the nice FFA or 4H young people.
  4. Daily parade at 2 is the best
    I park myself in a good spot to take some photos and wait for the fun to start. I especially like it when the Budweiser Clydesdales are in town. The floats and princesses, Captain Ken's fire truck, the minature horse hitch are what I remember year to year.

  1. Dairy Barn Milkshake
    Most amazing milk shake ever! Once I am done having one I start waiting for the next fair to have another!
  2. Mouse Trap Cheese Curds
    MN state fair= cheese curd time, only time in the year I have them, soooo yummy!
  3. Sweet Marthas Cookies
    Chocolate chip cookies in a bucket! How can you ever justify eating a bucket of cookies, well go to the MN state fair and cop a squat at the all you can drink milk stand!
  4. Axel's Buffalo Bites
    Just spicy enough, and pair well with the cheese curds!
