    The giant pumpkin contest in the Horticulture Building is more amazing every year.
  2. Cheese Curds
    Why would you miss this! High cholesterol? Have a glass of red wine with them.
  3. Flower Show
    Another highlight of the Horticulture Building.
  4. Nitro Ice Cream
    Where else can you cool off with this delicious treat? Haven't seen it anywhere else!

No Where But The MN State Fair by Todd needs The Fair!

    Business in the front, party in the back! 20+ years past their prime, mullets are still going strong at the Fair. Highlights score extra points!
  2. MN State Fair Museum
    An excellect snap shot of MN State Fair history. Hewey Lewis left his Nike sneakers behind after a show at the Grandstand back in the 80's. Today they're on display!
  3. Shell's Beer Tent
    Brilliantly situated between the music stage and the sparsley used,cleaner-than-expected bathrooms in Heritage Square. Sample the first batch of Oktoberfest Lager and catch some good time tunes!
  4. Bee Exibit in the Ag-Hort Building
    See live bees in action making honey. And the pretty array of amber hues in the jars lined up on display. Plus the honey sticks! Cheap (like 25 cents for two), sweet and they come in a dozen different flavors.
