Corn Dog.
The best one on the grounds is right inside the main gate. Gotta have one coming in, and one going out. Sweet & Crisp. Not like those Doughy Pronto Pups. Yuck!
Cream Puff
Vanilla is the best. If you don't get any cream on your nose, you didn't eat it right.
Pork Chop On A Stick.
Needs no description. Gotta have it. By the Haunted Mansion.
Cheese Curds
How can you go to the Fair & not have these. The little stand by the Horse Barn is the best.

The race track
I miss the stock car races. These were a family tradition. Remember when they had snowmobile racing in the winter also.
Mexican Village
The Mexican Village was a great place to shop every year you could find great deals. The Bazaar is just not the same.
Peter's Weiners stand in the East Room
It was a family tradition to stop at in the East Room of the Grand stand for lunch. Remember when you could get a hot dog for a dime & a Coke for nickel?
Camping at the fair
Yes you can still camp at the fair but unfortunately our family no longer does. I was part of the four generations that camped at the State Fair. Oh The memories
