Some of the best musicians at the Fair, Twin Cities Federation of Musicians members playing all kinds of music, and many other trades represented giving help, information and history of the American labor movement.
4H building
The kid who made the dragon from plastic utensils is brilliant, and there are many impressive projects from kids who give me hope for the future. impressive competitions at Hippodrome (Coliseum)
poultry barn
Love those fancy birds. They look like Vegas show girls!
Ag Hort displays
So much to see! Bonsai, orchids beer apples honey, and of course, crop art. I think the same portraits of Van Gogh and Lincoln are there every year, but the thistle halter top was priceless.

1 cone is enough for 2 people. you'll be tempted to eat a bucket, but there's mmore to taste and ya don't wanna upchuck.

flavor blast. honorable mentions: Falafal king hummus(tahini loaded) honey tasting, wine tasting,Giggles grill - salad & walleye cakes.

fish
Giggles walleye, wild rice and caprese on a stick w/balsamic vinegar reduction are something I'd eat at a nice restaurant.
Cinnamon rolls
Cinnie Smiths have lots of cinn. and I often feel cinn rolls don't have enough. These were great.

Sweet Martha choco chip
coffee
Farmer's Union is very good coffee and the frappes are mighty good on a hot day. They also have a nice quiet place to sit in the back.
