Patty and The Buttons
Acclaimed accordionist Patrick "Patty" Harison leads this group of Twin Cities jazz musicians on a wild tour through New Orleans traditional jazz, Western swing, Gypsy melodies, Ragtime piano blues, jug music and 1930s popular song. More than anything, Patty and The Buttons is a group that is always enjoying themselves, which gives audiences permission to do the same. The band reminds its listeners that the essence of jazz is not an intellectual affair, but rather a reason to dance and celebrate.
