2013 LIVESTOCK VEHICLE ADMISSION AND OVERNIGHT PARKING INFORMATION

Livestock and Horse exhibitors who wish to park their camping and RV units on the grounds must complete an Overnight Livestock Parking Reservation request.

Overnight Livestock Parking Reservation Request opens June 3, 2013 at 8 a.m. This is a REQUEST for space only; no payment is accepted at time of reservation request.

Exhibitors who elect to go through this process should be prepared to supply the following:
A. first and last name;
B. farm, stable, saddleclub, FFA chapter or 4-H county (check ALL that apply);
C. address, city, state, and zip;
D. phone number, cell phone number and email address;
E. number of campers (adult and children);
F. department(s) in which exhibiting;
G. unit type (popup, bumper hitch, fifth wheel, tent, RV, etc.);
H. camping unit length in feet and inches (include slideouts fully extended), including tow vehicle;
I. camping unit length in feet and inches (include slideouts fully extended), without tow vehicle;
J. camping unit width in feet and inches (include slideouts fully extended);
K. electric request (including amp requirements).

Exhibitors who are unable to enter via the online system may elect to send in a paper form (available at left). Forms received prior to June 3 cannot be processed until the reservation request system opens at 8 a.m. on Monday, June 3.
