VEHICLE ADMISSION/OVERNIGHT PARKING INFORMATION
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
We have made significant changes in procedures for the 2010 Fair!
2010 Livestock Overnight Vehicle Admission Stickers & Auto Stickers: Requests for the livestock exhibitor-only parking area(Lots A, B, C & D), will not be accepted prior to a postmark date of June 21 and MUST accompany a completed livestock entry form, with exceptions for 4-H Exhibitors and FFA Advisors, who may order without entering livestock.
CHANGES FOR 2010 - Read Carefully
- Livestock lots will open Sunday, August 22 at noon. If you wish to park a vehicle in the Livestock lots during the pre-fair period between Sunday August 22 and Tuesday August 24, the fee will be $5 per vehicle.
- Spaces have been increased from 10 x 20 feet to 12 x 20 feet.
- Overnight parking is now based on a per day rate. For a 12 x 20 foot space; $20 per day for electric, $15 per day for non-electric. For a 12 x 40 foot space; $35 per day for electric, $30 per day for non-electric.
- Daily parking is now based on a per day rate - $10 per day per vehicle
- The west Canfield lot has been renamed Lot D. It is now a mixed-use lot, and will accommodate overnight parking for vehicles over 40 feet in length, space permitting, in addition to livestock trailers.
