  • Exhibitors who are unable to enter through the online system may contact the Competition Office and have a form sent.  Note that any forms dropped off or mailed in will be processed online through the same system in order to date and time stamp each reservation request.  There is no advantage to mailing in or dropping off - staff will not have access to the Reservation Request system until 8 a.m. on May 23. Overnight Livestock Parking Reservation Requests will be filled in date and time order.

  • Exhibitors who have successfully entered their Overnight Livestock Parking Reservation Request will receive an e-mail acknowledgement of receipt that will include an activation code and a total amount due for the camping space.  This acknowledgement is not a guarantee of space reserved.

  • Once requests has been processed, exhibitors shall receive an additional e-mail from Livestock Parking, informing you of your status.  You will either have a spot reserved or you will be placed on a waiting list.

  • Exhibitors enter their livestock and horse classes online and include the activation code when submitting payment for classes (some exhibitors, such as WSCA and 4-H Livestock, must send their activation code and payment in with their paper entries or affidavit)
