Livestock and horse exhibitors who wish to park their camping and RV units on the fairgrounds during the State Fair must complete an Overnight Livestock Parking Reservation request.

Overnight Livestock Parking Reservation Request opens the Tuesday following Memorial Day (May 31, 2016) at 8 a.m. This is a REQUEST for space only; no payment is accepted at the time of reservation request. System closes June 24, 2016; no more requests will be accepted after that time.

All requests made between 8 a.m. and 8:59 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31 will be put into a computer-generated lottery and will be filled in that order. Anyone who successfully completes a request in the first hour will have an equal chance in securing a camping spot. Any requests made at 9 a.m. or later will be filled or wait-listed in the order in which they are date-and-time stamped by the online process. Only one entry per exhibitor will be considered.

Exhibitors who elect to go through this process should be prepared to supply the following:

  • first and last name
  • farm, stable, saddleclub, FFA chapter (enter ALL that apply)
  • address, city, state and zip
  • phone number, cell phone number and email address
  • department(s) in which exhibiting (enter all that apply)
    • must request early camper drop off at time of reservation (if needed)
  • unit type (popup, bumper hitch, fifth wheel, truck camper, RV, semi tractor, horse trailer [with living quarters], other)
  • EXACT dimensions of camping unit with slide-outs fully extended and including hitch, spare tire, rear or front carrier, in feet and inches:
    • length including tow vehicle (if applicable)
    • length excluding tow vehicle
    • width
  • plans for tow vehicle:
    • remain on grounds in overnight parking lots (where vehicle does not move)
    • come and go (daily paid parking purchased with entries)
    • leave grounds or park with livestock trailer
    • no tow or extra vehicle (for RV, tent, etc.)
  • requests for accessible parking (must possess a valid and current accessibility parking placard or license plate)

If requesting 4-H dates, you are required to include the following additional information:

  • The county fair in which you participate as a 4-H'er
  • Full name of the 4-H exhibitor anticipated to win a trip
  • Your relationship to the 4-H'er
