To help alleviate confusion for our exhibitors, we will be posting any changes to the Minnesota State Fair TB regulations on this website as they are updated.
We are working in conjunction with the Minnesota State Board of Animal Health, as well as the animal health regulatory bodies of the surrounding states to provide a consistent set of rules and regulations to best serve our cattle and goat exhibitors.
Please note: The updated regulations also apply to animals other than cattle.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES FOR ENTRY: The Open Class Livestock premium book and entry forms are available annually for download in early June; please check back then. Or, if you prefer to receive a copy by mail, contact the Competition office at (651) 288-4417 and request to be placed on the Open Class Livestock mailing list (indicate what species you are interested in showing). Exhibitors who have entered within the past three years are already included on that list.
VEHICLE ADMISSION/OVERNIGHT PARKING INFORMATION: There is space west of the barns for Livestock and Horse exhibitors to park overnight during the fair. Click here for prices and more information.
ON-LINE REGISTRATION: Access to the on-line entry process will be available for all species. See link below to begin. Entries may also be submitted via mail, as in previous years (see below).
INITIAL MAILING: Sent via bulk mail in early June.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Until the premium book is posted, please consider the dates and times below to be tentative.
ON-LINE REGISTRATION: Registration and payment for entries on-line will be available for all divisions beginning June 21. On-line registration will absolutely close on each division's entry closing date at 4:30 p.m. No late entries may be submitted via the on-line registration process. Entries may also be submitted via mail.
The Premium Book can be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5 or higher. If you do not have Acrobat Reader or have an older version you may download the most current Acrobat Reader.
